Work for Others. Until final completion and acceptance of the Subcontract Work, Subcontractor agrees not to perform any work directly for General Contractor, the Owner or any tenants, or deal directly with the General Contractor’s or Owner’s representatives in connection with the Subcontract Work, unless otherwise directed or agreed to in writing by the Contractor to do so.

Related to Work for Others

  • Task Force means the Louisiana Coastal Wetlands Conservation and Restoration Task Force which shall consist of the Secretary, who shall serve as chairman, the Administrator, the Governor, the Secretary of the Interior, the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Commerce; and
