Work Order Change definition

Work Order Change means a written change to an executed Work Order. Modifications to Scope of Work, Work Order Price, or Work Order Schedule requires a Work Order Change, executed by both parties, prior to commencement of Work.

Examples of Work Order Change in a sentence

  • Any written change to any provision of the Contract Documents made after Bid Closing, whether by Work Order, Change Order or other means provided by the Contract Documents.

  • Any purchase or contract executed in violation of this policy shall be null and void as to the Village and, unless the Village later ratifies such purchase, if public funds have been expended thereon, the amount thereof may be recovered in the name of the Village.(b) Contract, Work Order, Change Order, and Agreement Authorizations.

  • Any Change performed by Contractor pursuant to any direction other than a duly authorized and executed Supplemental Work Order, Change Order, Unilateral Change Order or Construction Change Directive shall be at Contractor’s Own Expense.

  • If the Consultant considers the Task Directive to be a change to the Scope of Work, Work Order Schedule, or Work Order Price, then prior to performing any Work, the Consultant shall submit to the Project Representative a written request for a Work Order Change.

  • Where there is any conflict between or among these documents, the order of preference will be Work Order Change Orders, Work Orders, Master Contract, Proposal, RFP Addenda, and the RFP.

  • Changes to existing Work Orders will be authorized by a Work Order Change Order.

  • The parties agree that in the event of any conflicting terms or conditions between the MSA, or a Work Order issued hereunder, and any change order issued pursuant to such a Work Order ("Change Order"), the order of priority and controlling terms and conditions shall be as follows: the Change Order, the Work Order, and then the MSA.

  • The County Manager or his/her designee is authorized to initiate and sign Work Orders and Work Order Change Orders on behalf of the County.

Related to Work Order Change

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Change of Scope Request shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (ii); “Change of Scope Order” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (iv); “Completion Certificate” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.2; “Construction” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 1.2 (f);

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Program change means any elimination, curtailment or reorganization of a curriculum offering, program or school operation or a reorganization or closing of a school or consolidation of two or more individual schools or school districts that is unrelated to financial exigency.

  • Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Unilateral Change Order (ULCO means a Change Order issued by Owner without the complete agreement of Contractor, as to cost and/or time.

  • Major Change means a change in the Employer’s program, production, organisation, physical workplace, workplace arrangements, structure or technology that is likely to have a Significant Effect on Employees.

  • Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.

  • Change of Scope Notice shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (i); “Change of Scope Request” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (ii); “Change of Scope Order” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 13.2 (iv); “Completion Certificate” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 12.2; “Construction” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 1.2 (f);

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Order Form Term means the duration of an Order Form.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
