Examples of Work Plan Activities in a sentence

  • Both Parties will provide personnel necessary to perform and support its activities under this Agreement (including any Work Plan Activities), in a manner consistent with all Applicable Law, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.
