Work Stream definition

Work Stream means each of the Molecular Information Platform Program, Immunotherapy Testing Platform Development Program, the ctDNA Platform Development Program, and the CDx Development Program.

  • A Party (“Non-Breaching Party”) shall have the right to terminate this Agreement on a Work Stream-by-Work Stream basis, or, for Roche, on an Approved Marker or Investigational Marker basis in the case of the CDx Development Program, in the event the other Party (“Breaching Party”) is in material breach of any of its material obligations under the applicable Work Stream (or obligations pertaining to an Approved Marker or Investigational Marker program).

Work Stream means a category of related Activities as set forth in the Work Stream and Activities table in 1.C.iii.
Work Stream level: OEM shall propose a work steam structure for each phase of the implementation project. In the work stream structure, OEM shall assign resources (e.g., developers, consultants) to each work stream and name a work stream lead for steering OEM resources of the work stream. The work stream leaders will attend the weekly project management meeting. The following minimum requirements are set for the work stream leaders to be assigned by OEM:

  • Work stoppage means a concerted failure by employees to report for duty, a concerted absence of employees from work, a concerted stoppage of work, or a concerted slowdown in the full and faithful performance of duties by a group of employees. The officers of MSEA-SEIU, at all levels individually and collectively, agree that it is their continuing obligation and responsibility to maintain compliance with this Article, including the remaining at work during any interruption or slowdown of work which may take place.

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Work space means that portion of the court’s facilities dedicated to each court reporter, including but not limited to actual space in the courtroom and any designated office space.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Waterworks System or “system” means a system of pipes and structures through which water is obtained and distributed, including but not limited to wells and well structures, intakes and cribs, pumping stations, treatment plants, storage tanks, pipelines and appurtenances, or a combination thereof, actually used or intended for use for the purpose of furnishing water for drinking or household purposes.

  • Similar Nature of Work means of Delivery and Installation of Zoology Laboratory instruments of Diamond Harbour Women’s University.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • T&Cs means these terms and conditions.

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Project Description means the document that describes the Project's Reduction activities and that uses either the VCS Project Description Template or the project description template specified by the relevant Approved GHG Program;

  • DSS means the Department of Social Services.

  • FIS means free into store delivery, which requires the Supplier to pay all costs and be responsible for all requirements associated with the supply and delivery of Goods to the Company at the delivery site described in the Order, including all costs associated with transport, insurances, licences, authorisations, duties and taxes.

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Supplier of water means any person who owns or operates a public water system.
