Working Capital Documents definition

Working Capital Documents means the Working Capital Agreement and all other agreements, guaranties, notes, instruments or documents delivered pursuant thereto. "Working Capital Lender" or "Working Capital Lenders" means the terms "Lender" or "Lenders" as defined in the Working Capital Agreement as in effect on the Closing Date.
Working Capital Documents means credit agreements, notes or other instruments, entered into by one or more of the Company and the Guarantors with one or more financial institutions that are not Affiliates of the Company and any Creditor Representative appointed thereunder, evidencing Indebtedness of the Company and/or such Guarantors permitted to be incurred under the Indenture and each of the other Voting Creditor Documents at such time outstanding, the proceeds of which are to be used for the general working capital purposes of the Company and/or its Subsidiaries, and each of the other notes, agreements, documents and instruments providing for or evidencing any other Obligation under such credit agreements, notes or other instruments, as such documents are amended, supplemented, modified, extended, renewed, restated or refunded in whole or in part from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of this Agreement, “Working Capital Documents” shall be deemed to exclude the Collateral Documents.
Working Capital Documents means the Working Capital Credit Agreement and each other agreement, instrument or document executed or delivered pursuant to or in connection with the Working Capital Credit Agreement, as such documents are amended, modified, supplemented, or restated from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Intercreditor Agreement.

More Definitions of Working Capital Documents

Working Capital Documents means the Domestic Agreement, the EXIM Agreement, each Working Capital Security Document, each Working Capital Guarantee, each other “Loan Document” as defined in the Domestic Agreement and each other “Loan Document” as defined in the EXIM Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Working Capital Documents means [i] the Transaction Documents as defined in Appendix 1 to that certain Shortfall Funding Agreement among Guarantor, Tenant, and the equity owners of Tenant; and [ii] the Working Capital Assurance Agreement.
Working Capital Documents means the Working Capital Agreement and all related agreements, documents, and instruments, each as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time, which includes each of the “Working Capital Documents” identified in the Orders.
Working Capital Documents means the profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow model for the period to 31 December 2023 prepared by the Company, and the presentation on the capex projections for the period ended 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2025 prepared by the Company;
