Working Dog means a dog used principally for –
Working Dog means a dog used in the performance of a particular set of tasks, while used in such a capacity. Examples include guard dogs, seeing eye dogs and dogs used to control a farmer's flock or herd.
Working Dog means a dog for sporting or hunting where such dog is registered with a bona fide sporting, hunting or working dog club.

Working Dog means any dog trained for the purpose of human search and rescue, body recovery, arson detection, bomb detection, narcotics detection, criminal apprehension, police assistance or other related purposes, whether in the performance of such tasks or while traveling to or from such tasks.
