Workmen means laborers, workmen and mechanics.
Workmen means any person employed by the Director Tata Memorial Centre or its Contractor directly or indirectly through a sub-contractor, with or without the knowledge of the TMC to do any skilled, semi-skilled or unskilled manual, supervisory, technical or clerical work for hire or reward, whether the terms of employment are expressed or implied but does not include any person-
