WorkSafeBC Legislation definition

WorkSafeBC Legislation means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and all regulations enacted pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia). 1.2 Interpretation. In this Agreement, including the recitals, Schedules and appendices to this Agreement, except as expressly stated to the contrary or the context otherwise requires: (a) the recitals and headings to Sections and Schedules are for convenience and reference only and will not affect the interpretation of this Agreement; (b) each reference in this Agreement to “Section” or “Schedule” is to a Section of and a Schedule to, this Agreement; (c) each reference to a statute is deemed to be a reference to that statute and any successor statute, and to any regulations, rules, policies and criteria made under that statute and any successor statute, each as amended or re-enacted from time to time;

WorkSafeBC Legislation means the Workers Compensation Act (British Columbia) and all regulations enacted pursuant thereto, including the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation.

WorkSafeBC Legislation means the Workers Compensation Act and all regulations enacted pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act, all as amended and re-enacted from time to time;
