Written Request of the Corporation definition

Written Request of the Corporation and “certificate of the Corporation” mean, respectively, a written request and certificate signed in the name of the Corporation by its Chairman, President or Chief Financial Officer and may consist of one or more instruments so executed.
Written Request of the Corporation means an instrument in writing signed by the Corporation Representative.
Written Request of the Corporation. Written Direction of the Corporation" and "Certificate of the Corporation" mean a written order, request, consent, direction and certificate, respectively, signed in the name of the Corporation by any Director or officer of the Corporation or by any other individual to whom applicable signing authority is delegated by the Directors from time to time, and may consist of one or more instruments so executed respectively.

Written Request of the Corporation means an instrument in writing signed by or on behalf of the Corporation by its President or its Vice President or its Treasurer or its Assistant Treasurer or its Secretary or an Assistant Secretary or by any other person (whether or not an officer of the Corporation) who is specifically authorized by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Corporation to sign or execute such a document on its behalf.
Written Request of the Corporation and "CERTIFICATE OF THE CORPORATION" mean, respectively, a written request and certificate signed in the name of the Corporation by any two of its officers or directors and may consist of one or more instruments so executed.
