XBID System definition

XBID System means the software and ICT applications (incl. hardware if any), as well as all relevant documentation pertaining thereto, developed by the Service Provider based on the requirements provided by certain NEMOs and TSOs, which is to be used for the performance of the Single Intraday Coupling to interact with amongst others the Local Trading Systems and TSOs’ Systems;
XBID System means the software and ICT applications (incl. hardware if any), as well as XBID-DSA License means the agreement under which the XBID System Service Provider has XBID-MSA means the “Master Services Agreement for the XBID System”, including all annexes, originally signed on 8 June 2015 between, on the one hand, EPEX SPOT, EPEX SPOT Belgium, Nord Pool, XXXX and GME, and on the other hand, the XBID System Service Provider, as further amended from time to time.

Examples of XBID System in a sentence

  • The TSOs undertake to comply with any commitment incumbent on the NEMOs in respect of the use by the TSOs of the XBID System as provided in the XBID-DSA License or in any other provision of the XBID-MSA.

  • The NEMOs grant the Explicit Participants the right to access and use the XBID System to the extent needed to participate in explicit allocation in the context of the SIDC.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this Article 4.3.1.4 does not apply to the Service Provider since it has access to the XBID System due to the nature of the services it provide under the XBID MSA.

Related to XBID System

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.

  • PV System means, a photovoltaic system, including Solar Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Racking Systems, wiring and other electrical devices, as applicable, conduits, weatherproof housings, hardware, remote monitoring equipment, connectors, meters, disconnects and over current devices (including any replacement or additional parts included from time to time).

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that is capable of measuring electricity fed into the grid or electricity consumed from the grid, providing more information than a conventional meter, and that is capable of transmitting and receiving data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • SCADA System means the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System which is composed of all telemetering and remote terminal units (“RTU”) at the Facility and associated with the Grid System or BPDB’s Control Center;

Current versions of the license agreements are located in the documentation for the Hardware Device.

  • Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this Agreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Automated driving system means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.

  • Record system means any group of records under the control of the division from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of an individual, number, symbol, or other unique retriever assigned to an individual.

  • System Downtime means any interruption of access to the Hosting Web Site as measured by the System Availability Monitoring Mechanism. System Downtime specifically excludes: (a) any Scheduled Downtime; (b) inability to access the System resulting from failure in the internet backbone or networks not directly managed by NCR Voyix or its subcontractors or agents; (c) erroneous System monitoring, in which NCR Voyix establishes that the incorrect reporting of the inability to access the System was due to failure in the monitoring mechanism rather than a failure in the System; (d) an Extreme Service Interruption Event; or (e) any System Downtime caused by Customer.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.
