Xerox Affiliates means Xerox Corporation, its Subsidiaries (defined below) and Affiliates (defined below), and their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates.

  • ScanSoft grants to Xerox and Xerox Affiliates the royalty-free right and license to reproduce, distribute (acting directly or indirectly through their authorized agents, resellers and concessionaires) all or any part of such Documentation and materials.
