XXX Subscribers definition

XXX Subscribers means subscribers of Licensee who subscribe to and receive the XXX Licensed Service. For purposes of calculating License Fees, the following shall not be included as an XXX Subscriber: (i) any Licensee employee not charged for the XXX Licensed Service; (ii) not more than 1% of XXX Subscribers for any given month that fail to pay Licensee for the XXX Licensed Service; and (iii) any XXX Subscriber receiving the XXX Service pursuant to a Free Trial.

Examples of XXX Subscribers in a sentence

  • The MVPD Licensed Service may be delivered only to MVPD Subscribers and the XXX Licensed Service may be delivered only to XXX Subscribers.

  • The MVPD Licensed Service may only be delivered to MVPD Subscribers and the XXX Licensed Service may only be delivered to XXX Subscribers.
