Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services definition

Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services means access to Xxxx Atlantic Operations Support Systems functions. The term "Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services" includes, but is not limited to: (a) Xxxx Atlantic's provision of Reseller Usage Information to Reseller pursuant to Exhibit I, Section 1.3, below; and, (b) "Xxxx Atlantic OSS Information", as defined in Exhibit I, Section 1.1.4, below.

  • Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Xxxx Atlantic shall have the right to change Xxxx Atlantic Operations Support Systems, Xxxx Atlantic Operations Support Systems functions, Xxxx Atlantic OSS Facilities, Xxxx Atlantic OSS Information, and the Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of Reseller.

  • Reseller shall comply with Xxxx Atlantic's processes and procedures (including, but not limited to, requirements by Xxxx Atlantic that Reseller use Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services or Xxxx Atlantic Pre-OSS Services) for the communication to Xxxx Atlantic of (a) Reseller's Orders to provide, change or terminate, Xxxx Atlantic Services, and (b) Reseller's requests for information about, assistance in using, or repair or maintenance of, Xxxx Atlantic Services.

  • To the extent required by Applicable Law and technically feasible, Xxxx Atlantic will offer to Reseller the Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services that Xxxx Atlantic offers, under agreements approved by the Commission pursuant to 47 U.S.C. (S) 252, to other Telecommunications Carriers that are engaged in the resale of Xxxx Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Services pursuant to 47 U.S.C. (S) 251(c)(4).

  • Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, the Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services that will be offered by Xxxx Atlantic to Reseller shall be the same as the Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services Xxxx Atlantic offers, under agreements approved by the Commission pursuant to 47 U.S.C. (S) 252, to other Telecommunications Carriers that are engaged in the resale of Xxxx Atlantic Retail Telecommunications Services pursuant to 47 U.S.C. (S) 251(c)(4).

  • Reseller, at Reseller’s expense, shall reasonably cooperate with Xxxx Atlantic in using Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services.

  • In the absence of longitudinal earnings information in Mexico and in the U.S. for the same individual, however, the restriction has to be imposed that the rank within productivity distributions be preserved across locations.

Related to Xxxx Atlantic OSS Services

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Long-term care services means services provided through the department of social and health services either in a hospital or skilled nursing facility, or in another setting under a home and community-based waiver authorized under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1396n.

  • Network Services means the equipment, software, and services necessary to transmit voice, data, or video.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Services (CMRS) means Commercial Mobile Radio Service, As Defined in the Act and FCC rules.

  • Collection Services means all of the duties and obligations of the Contractor hereunder.

  • Wireless service provider means a person that provides wireless service to the public.

  • Telehealth services means the mode of delivering health care services and public health via information and communication technologies to facilitate the diagnosis, consultation, treatment, education, care management, and self-management of a patient's health care while the patient is at the originating site and the provider for telehealth is at a distant site. Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.
