XXXX Fund definition

XXXX Fund means the fund established pursuant to a deed by X.X.X.X Pty Limited.”
XXXX Fund means, collectively, Xxxx XX US Investors LP, a Delaware limited partnership, and any alternative investment vehicle, parallel fund, feeder fund or other vehicle formed by the Xxxx Sponsor to invest in, with or in lieu of any of the foregoing.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
