Xxxxx Affiliates definition

Xxxxx Affiliates means each and every one of Seller, Xxxxx Real Estate Fund IX, L.P., a Georgia limited partnership, Xxxxx Real Estate Fund X, L.P., a Georgia limited partnership, Xxxxx Real Estate Fund XI, L.P., a Georgia limited partnership, Xxxxx Operating Partnership, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Xxxxx Capital, Inc., a Georgia corporation, and Xxxxx Management, Inc., a Georgia corporation.

Xxxxx Affiliates means each and every one of Funds IV and V JV, Funds VI, VII and VIII JV, and each of their respective joint venture partners, Xxxxx Capital, Inc., a Georgia corporation, and Xxxxx Management, Inc., a Georgia corporation.

Xxxxx Affiliates means, collectively, WP Xxxxx & Co. LLC, Xxxxx Asset Management Corp. or any REIT managed or advised by WP Xxxxx & Co. LLC or a Subsidiary thereof.

• Pursuant to the Arrangement, Ainsworth shareholders received 0.1321 of a common share of Norbord (a “Norbord Share”) for each Ainsworth Share held.

Xxxxx Affiliates means the collective reference (i) any entities controlled directly or indirectly by Xxxxx and (ii) each of Xxxxxxxx Family Partnership Ltd., Xxxx X. XxXxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxx, Prof. Xx. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Trust, Coinvestment I, LLC, MMI Investments, LLC, U. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xx., Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X.X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx Exempt Family Trust, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx X’Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxx III (Xxx), Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxx Xxxxxxxx.

Xxxxx Affiliates has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.3(b).

Xxxxx Affiliates means: (a) the Xxxxx Parties; (b) any entity in which any of the Xxxxx Parties owns, directly or indirectly, greater than a 1% equity interest; (c) any entity that is a subsidiary of any of the Xxxxx Parties; (d) any entity that any of the Xxxxx Parties, directly or indirectly, controls; and (e) any entity that is under direct or indirect common control with any of the Xxxxx Parties.

Xxxxx Affiliates means, collectively, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxx, XX.

Xxxxx Affiliates means Affiliates of Xxxxx. ----------------
