Xxxxx Permits means to the extent assignable to Buyers, all permits, licenses, certificates, orders, approvals, authorizations, grants, consents, concessions, warrants, franchises and similar rights and privileges granted by a Governmental Authority that are used, or held for use exclusively for or in connection with the ownership, development and operation of the Xxxxx Assets, as listed in Schedule 9.14 hereto.
