Xxxxxx Facilities definition

Xxxxxx Facilities means the power station facilities constructed under or pursuant to the Principal Agreement at Xxxxxx comprising:

Xxxxxx Facilities defined as the power station facilities as described constructed under or pursuant to the Principal Agreement at Xxxxxx located upon Mineral Lease 244SA and contained within the boundaries of the area shown in Plan D of Schedule A.

Xxxxxx Facilities means the Xxxxxx Hardisty Terminal and/or the Xxxxxx Pipelines, as the context requires.

Xxxxxx Facilities means the facilities made available under the US$6,000,000,000 (originally US$9,000,000,000) facilities agreement dated 6 December 2006 (as amended) between, among others, CEMEX España as borrower and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc as facility agent.

Xxxxxx Facilities consist of (i) Cy-Hawk Wind Energy, LLC, (ii) Xxxxxx Wind Energy, LLC, (iii) Xxxxxx Wind Energy, LLC, (iv) Poverty Ridge Wind, LLC, (v) Xxxxxx Wind Energy, LLC, (vi) Wind Family Turbine, LLC, (vii) Zontos Wind, LLC and (viii) Xxxxxx Hilltop Wind, LLC.

Xxxxxx Facilities means the facilities provided or to be provided under the Xxxxxx Facilities Agreement.

Xxxxxx Facilities means the facilities and services provided in accordance with Clause 6.1(a) and any alterations thereto in accordance with this Licence to Occupy;
