Xxxxxx Lease definition

Xxxxxx Lease means Xxxxxx Lease Finance Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

Xxxxxx Lease means that certain Standard Industrial/Commercial Single-Tenant Lease -- Net Real Estate Lease (including the Addendum thereto) dated January 1, 2002, between Vernon Associates, LLC, a California limited liability company, as "Lessor," and the Company, as "Lessee," with respect to the Vernon Facility.

Xxxxxx Lease means the mineral lease agreement, made and entered into as of June 20, 1986 by and between Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, as lessors, Nevada North Resources (U.S.A.) Inc., as lessee, and Nevada North Resources Inc., as amended by an amendment to mineral lease agreement dated January 7, 2002.
