AGREEMENT OF LEASE. For and in consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein, the Authority and the Tenant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT OF LEASE. Subject to and in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Lease, Landlord leases the Premises to Tenant and Tenant leases the Premises from Landlord for the Term, together with the nonexclusive right to use the Common Areas in common with other tenants of the Building (subject to Paragraph 9.4), subject to any covenants, conditions and restrictions affecting the Property. Landlord shall not have the right to relocate Tenant to premises other than the Premises during the Term. Notwithstanding any references in this Lease to the contrary, Landlord acknowledges that, as of the date of this Lease, there is no guarantor of this Lease.
