Xxxxxx License definition

Xxxxxx License shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.2.

More Definitions of Xxxxxx License

Xxxxxx License. Out Agreement” in Article X of the Master Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: ““Xxxxxx License-Out Agreement” means a Patent and Technology License Agreement (Sky to Xxxxxx), between Sky, Sky Canada, Oracle Puerto Rico and Xxxxxx, to be completed in compliance with Section 5.15;”
