Xxxxxx Rights. A permanent non-probationary employee subject to discipline or discharge, shall be entitled, prior to the imposition of that discipline or discharge, to a hearing and to the following:
53. a. A notice of the proposed action; and
54. b. The reasons for the proposed discipline; and
55. c. A copy of the charges and the materials upon which the action is based; and
56. d. The right to respond, either orally or in writing, to the authority initially imposing the discipline.

More Definitions of Xxxxxx Rights
Xxxxxx Rights as used herein shall mean the name, likeness, autograph, portrait and picture of XXXXXX XXXXXX.
Xxxxxx Rights shall be allocated between the holders of the Class A-1 Certificates and the holders of the Class A-2 Certificates, pro rata, in proportion to the ratio of the Class A-1 Allocation to the Class A-2 Allocation as of any applicable Record Date. The Class A-1 Voting Rights will be allocated among Class A-1 Certificateholders in proportion to the respective principal balances of their respective Certificates and the Class A-2 Voting Rights will be allocated among all Class A-2 Certificateholders in proportion to the then outstanding notional amounts of their respective Certificates.
Xxxxxx Rights shall, in the entirety, be allocated among all Class A-1 Certificateholders and Class A-2 Certificateholders in accordance with the Allocation Ratio. Within each such class, Voting Rights shall be allocated among Certificateholders in proportion to the then unpaid principal amounts of their respective Certificates.
Xxxxxx Rights shall be allocated between the holders of the Class A-1 Certificates and the holders of the Class A-2 Certificates, pro rata, in proportion to the ratio of the Class A-1 Allocation to the Class A-2 Allocation. The Class A-1 Voting Rights will be allocated among Class A-1 Certificateholders in proportion to the then unpaid Certificate Principal Balances of their respective Certificates. The Class A-2 Voting Rights will be allocated among the Class A-2A Certificateholders and the Class A-2B Certificateholders, pro rata, in proportion to the ratio of the Class A-2A Allocation to the Class A-2B Allocation. The Class A-2A Voting Rights will be allocated among Class A-2A Certificateholders in proportion to the then outstanding notional amounts of their respective Class A-2A Certificates and the A-2B Voting Rights will be allocated among Class A-2B Certificateholders in proportion to the then outstanding notional amounts of their respective Class A-2B Certificates.
Xxxxxx Rights means the rights and interests granted pursuant to the Xxxxxx Trust Note and the Pledge and Irrevocable Proxy to be executed in connection with the Xxxxxx Trust Note pursuant to the Xxxxxx Plan.
Xxxxxx Rights. Xxx xxrtion of the voting rights of all of the Certificates which is allocated to any Certificate. For so long as the Class X Certificate is outstanding, 1% of the voting rights shall be allocated to the Class X Certificate and the remainder of the voting rights (or 100% thereof when the Class X Certificate is no longer outstanding) shall be allocated among the Classes of Certificates other than the Class X Certificate, pro rata, based on a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Class Certificate Principal Balance of such Class and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Class Certificate Principal Balances then outstanding; provided, however, that the Class A-R Certificate and the Subordinate Certificates shall not be entitled to any voting rights for so long as any Senior Certificates (other than the Class A-R Certificate) remain outstanding; and, provided further, that when none of the Regular Certificates is outstanding, 100% of the voting rights shall be allocated to the Holder of the Class A-R Certificate. The voting rights allocated to a Class of Certificates shall be allocated among all Holders of such Class, pro rata, based on a fraction the numerator of which is the Certificate Balance of each Certificate of such Class and the denominator of which is the Class Certificate Principal Balance of such Class; provided, however, that any Certificate registered in the name of the Servicer, the Depositor or the Trustee or any of their respective affiliates shall not be included in the calculation of Voting Rights.
