Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Facility definition

Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Facility means the financing transaction to close on or about the Amendment No. 8 Effective Date, pursuant to which the SPV will from time to time borrow money from Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and the SPV will from time to time use the proceeds to purchase Medallion Loans from the Borrower.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Facility means the Credit Agreement, dated as of September 29, 2006, among the Company, the lenders from time to time party thereto and the ML Facility Agent, as amended, extended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced in whole or in part from time to time.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Facility means that certain credit facility in the amount of $105,000,000 provided by the lenders under the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Loan Agreement to the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Property Owner, which facility is secured by, among other things, a first mortgage lien on the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Property.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Facility means the facility (in an aggregate amount not to exceed $300,000,000) provided for in the Master Repurchase Agreement, as amended, to be executed by Borrower and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Mortgage Capital Inc. after the date of the Fourteenth Amendment to Warehousing Credit, Term Loan and Security Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Facility means the $55,000,000 Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, among TXU, as borrower, the lenders party thereto and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Capital Corporation, as agent.
