Xxxxxxxx Holder definition

Xxxxxxxx Holder means (a) Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx III or Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx or any of their spouses or lineal descendants (including without limitation, adopted children and their lineal descendants) or (b) a Xxxxxxxx Family Entity.

Xxxxxxxx Holder means Xxxxxxxx and its Permitted Transferees.

Xxxxxxxx Holder means (1) any of the five Persons who were listed as “Reporting Persons” on the Schedule 13D/A (with respect to which the Company was the issuer) filed with the Commission on December 3, 2004, namely: X.X. Xxxxxxxx Company (a Delaware corporation), X. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx Xx. as sole trustee of trusts for the benefit of Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, and of the Xxxxxxxx Delta Trust, Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxx or Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx (all individuals); (2) any of the trusts identified in Item 5 of such Schedule 13D/A as holding shares of common stock of the Company that are deemed for the purposes of such Schedule to be beneficially owned by such Reporting Persons; and (3) any Person to whom one of the five Persons or trusts described above transfers any of his, her or its shares of Class B common stock of the Company, so long as such transfer is a Permitted Transfer.

• Upon receipt of such written notice from Xxxxxxxx, Holder shall have fifteen (15) days to elect to convert such indebtedness pursuant to the provisions of Article Two.

Xxxxxxxx Holder means a holder of Xxxxxxxx Shares.

Xxxxxxxx Holder means, collectively, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and any --------------- transferee of any Shares from Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx (directly or indirectly through one or more transferees).

Xxxxxxxx Holder means each Xxxxxxxx Equityholder that constitutes a Holder.

Xxxxxxxx Holder means each of (a) FI Station Investor LLC and each Affiliate of FI Station Investor LLC that becomes a Member, (b) Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx III, (c) Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx, (d) each Affiliate or member of the Family Group of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx III or Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx and (e) any Person that receives or acquires any Units from a Xxxxxxxx Holder to the extent that such Transferring Xxxxxxxx Holder assigns rights pursuant to Article 10 hereof to such Person; provided, that such designation shall not become effective until the delivery of notice of such assignment to the Company (it being understood that such Transferee shall be so deemed to be such a Xxxxxxxx Holder only with respect to such Units so Transferred).
