Examples of Yen LIBOR in a sentence
Borrowings are classified for purposes of this Agreement by reference to the pricing of Loans comprising such Borrowing (e.g., a “Base Rate Borrowing” is a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans and a “Yen LIBOR Borrowing” is a Borrowing comprised of Yen LIBOR Loans).
Any continued publication of the Japanese Yen LIBOR settings will also cease permanently at the end of 2022.
Each partial prepayment of Floating Rate Loans and Eurodollar Loans shall be in an aggregate principal amount of $1,000,000 or an integral multiple thereof and each partial prepayment of Yen LIBOR Loans shall be in an aggregate principal amount of ¥100,000,000 or an integral multiple thereof.
After giving effect to any partial prepayment, each borrowing of Yen LIBOR Loans and Eurodollar Loans shall be in the applicable amount required for a Group pursuant to Section 2.2.1.
The FCA announcement states that consequently, these LIBOR settings will no longer be representative of the underlying market that such settings are intended to measure immediately after 31 December 2021, in the case of the Sterling and Japanese Yen LIBOR settings and immediately after 30 June 2023, in the case of the USD LIBOR settings.
