Athletic Activities. When an extension of the normal program beyond that defined by the time factor in the Extracurricular Position Responsibility Analysis is required by the Employer, pay for such extension shall be prorated at an hourly rate based on a calculation of the hourly rate from the normal program in the Extracurricular Salary Schedule. The number of personnel to be eligible and the amount of additional time for these persons shall be determined by the building principal after consultation with the Activities Director and the head coach of the activity.

Athletic Activities. For Athletic Supplemental Positions: • HS Varsity Head Coaches will receive Full Unit Point Value for their individual position • HS Assistant Coaches will receive 70% of the Full Unit Point Value of the Head Coaching Position for their individual sport • 9th Grade Head Coaches will receive 50% of the Full Point Value of the Head Coaching Position for their individual sport • 9th Grade Assistant Coaches will receive 65% of the Full Point Value of the 9th Grade Head Coaching Position for their individual sport • Middle School Head Coaches will receive Full Point Value for their individual position • Middle School Assistant Coaches will receive 65% of the Full Point Value of the Head Coaching position for their individual sport.
Athletic Activities. Salaries for all such activities shall be paid upon completion of the respective sport, provided that all organizational obligations have been satisfied as signified by written approval of the Athletic Director and Building Principal.

During the Term, Athletic Corporation shall ensure that each Team (including all Team Participants) exclusively uses and wears adidas Products whenever engaged in any Team event and any other athletic activities for which such attire is appropriate, including games and practice sessions, being filmed by motion picture or video tape, posing for photographs, and conducting or participating in camps or clinics.
