Club Facilities means the improvements and tangible and intangible personal property which Club Owner shall actually have constructed and/or made available to Members pursuant to the Club Plan. THE CLUB FACILITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME AT CLUB OWNER’S SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION.

More Definitions of Club Facilities

Club Facilities means the actual facilities, improvements, and personal property actually constructed and made available to Owners pursuant to the Club Plan, as detailed in Article XII of the Community Declaration for Bella Trae (“Declaration”).
