Zero Use definition

Zero Use means you, your Affiliates (if any) and Resellers (if any) did not use any of the Software Products to provide Software Services during the previous calendar month.
Zero Use means Customer and its Software Services Resellers did not use any of the Products to provide Software Services during the applicable calendar month.

Examples of Zero Use in a sentence

  • A report of Zero Use, if applicable, must contain a statement that you, your Affiliates (if any) and Resellers (if any) did not use any of the Software Products to provide Software Services during the previous calendar month.

  • Microsoft may reasonably revise the format of the Monthly Use Report submitted through MOET from time-to-time, as well as specify another electronic format and procedure for submitting Monthly Use Reports and/or Zero Use reports.

  • The failure to timely submit a complete and accurate Monthly Use Report each month (or Zero Use report, if applicable) will be a breach of this Agreement under Section 10(c)(2).

  • A duly authorized representative of your company must certify the Monthly Use Report (or Zero Use report, if applicable) as accurate and complete.

  • You must report your use of the Software Products each month of the Term by submitting either (1) a Monthly Use Report through MOET or (2) a Zero Use report by e-mail to the following e-mail address: selquest@microsoft.com.

  • Form owners will also be notified on a monthly basis of Zero Use items through the storage reporting process to determine action to be taken.

  • You must submit the Monthly Use Report through MOET, or submit a Zero Use report bye-mail, no later than fifteen days (15) days after the last day of the calendar month covered by the report.

  • Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, you will submit, within thirty (30) days, a final Monthly Use Report (or Zero Use report, as applicable) covering your use of the Software Products up to the date of termination or expiration.

  • You must report your use of the Software Products each month of the Term by submitting a Monthly Use Report through MOET, or a Zero Use report through exxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx or an alternative as specified by Microsoft.

  • An authorized representative of Customer must certify that the use report or Zero Use report is accurate and complete.

Related to Zero Use

  • Tobacco use means any use of tobacco products within the past two months. Tobacco use, however, does not include the religious or ceremonial use of tobacco.

  • Alcohol use means the consumption of any beverage, mixture, or preparation, including any medication, containing alcohol.

  • Industrial use means the use of natural gas, electricity, heat, coal, fuel oil, or other fuels:

  • Industrial Designs means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to registered industrial designs and industrial design applications.

  • Off-label use means the prescription and use of drugs for indications other than those stated in the labeling approved by the federal Food and Drug Administration.[PL 1997, c. 701, §1 (NEW).]

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • End-use means the light, heat, cooling, refrigeration, motor drive, microwave energy, video or audio signal, computer processing, electrolytic process, or other useful work produced by equipment using electricity.

  • Residential use means the use in or around a home, apartment building, sleeping quarters, and similar facilities or accommodations.

  • Medical use means the intentional internal or external administration of radioactive material or the radiation from radioactive material to patients or human research subjects under the supervision of an authorized user.

  • industrial design means features of shape, configuration, pattern or ornament applied to an article by any industrial process or means, being features which in the finished article appeal to and are judged by the eye, but does not include—

  • Industrial User means a nondomestic discharger, as identified in 40 CFR Part 403, introducing pollutants to a POTW.

  • Public use means a publicly owned project or a privately owned project that is available for use by the public.

  • maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;

  • Commercial Use means the use to which the material can commercially be put.

  • Routine use means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects, for a purpose which is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. It includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than the public records law, Iowa Code chapter 22.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Non-Commercial Use means any use or activity where a fee is not charged and the purpose is not the sale of a good or service, and the use or activity is not intended to produce a profit.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Dredged material means any material removed from the bed of a navigable waterway by dredging. The bed of a navigable waterway extends landward to the OHWM.

  • Existing use means a use actually attained in a surface water of the state on or after November 28, 1975, whether or not it is a designated use.

  • Residential Uses means lands, Buildings or structures or portions thereof used, or designed or intended for use as a home or residence of one or more individuals, and shall include Single Detached Dwelling, Semi-Detached Dwelling, Multiple Dwelling, Apartment Dwelling, and the residential portion of a mixed-use Building or structure;

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments. Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Prewritten computer software means computer software, including prewritten upgrades, which is not designed and developed by the author or other creator to the specifications of a specific purchaser. The combining of two or more "prewritten computer software" programs or prewritten portions thereof does not cause the combination to be other than "prewritten computer software". "Prewritten computer software" includes software designed and developed by the author or other creator to the specifications of a specific purchaser when it is sold to a person other than the purchaser. If a person modifies or enhances "computer software" of which the person is not the author or creator, the person is deemed to be the author or creator only of such person's modifications or enhancements. "Prewritten computer software" or a prewritten portion thereof that is modified or enhanced to any degree, if such modification or enhancement is designed and developed to the specifications of a specific purchaser, remains "prewritten computer software". However, if there is a reasonable, separately stated charge or an invoice or other statement of the price given to the purchaser for such modification or enhancement, such modification or enhancement shall not constitute "prewritten computer software".
