Common use of BIENES DEL CONTRATISTA PPP Clause in Contracts

BIENES DEL CONTRATISTA PPP. Significa todos los BIENES MUEBLES o BIENES INMUEBLES del CONTRATISTA PPP que no constituyan BIENES AFECTADOS y que, a partir de la FECHA DE LIQUIDACIÓN, permanecerán en propiedad del CONTRATISTA PPP, salvo que el ENTE CONTRATANTE ejerza el derecho previsto en el Artículo [ ] (Bienes del Contratista PPP).
