OBJECT TO BE SERVICED. a) When the Object to be Serviced has not been purchased from Sartorius, Customer shall inform Sartorius of any Intellectual Property rights concerning the Object to Be Serviced prior to performance of the Services, and Customer shall indemnify Sartorius from any third-party claims concerning any infringement of such intellectual property rights.
