OTHER PROVISIONS. 3.1. The Payment Schedule shall form an inseparable part of the Special Conditions. It has be made available to the Borrower in the Portal free of charge before entering in the Loan Agreement and shall remain so during the term of the Loan Agreement. The parties have agreed not to separately sign the Payment Schedule.
