Prices. 1. Perushinta Perushinta tämän Toimitussopimuksen Käyntikautena toimitetuille sokerijuurikkaille 16,0 %:n Sokeripitoisuudella on: ▪ Muuttuvahintainen, yksi (1) vuosi: Rajahinta on 42,75 euroa/tonni Puhtaita Juurikkaita (sisältää leikkeen) ja miten myöhemmin sopeutetaan kohdan 10.3 mukaisesti. ▪ Kiinteähintainen, yksi (1) vuosi: Perushinta on 42,00 euroa/tonni Puhtaita Juurikkaita (sisältää leikkeen). 2.
Prices. Ahlsell Oy's prices valid on the day of delivery are the basis of setting prices, on which we grant discounts con- sistent with our sales terms valid at the time When the price setting structure of each discount group changes, we reserve the right to make equivalent changes in our sales terms. Price setting separately in- dicated for each case applies to items other than those in stock.
Prices. 1. Service Fee. The Services are subject to the Service Fee in accordance with Leadoo’s price list available at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. Some services might be free of charge or have free trial periods. Additional services, such as additional hourly work is agreed upon separately. The pricelist for additional services is: Google Tag Manager Re-targeting groups setup 400£ Advanced Integration with custom fields/labels & conditions 500£ ... and to a REST API +500£ ... and with more than 3 routing rules +500£ Email nurturing based on Smart Profiles 990£ One-time E-mail campaign 490£ Additional new conversion tool implementation (e.g. a new bot) 300£ Other services 150£/h 2. Taxes. Value added tax, duties, levies and other taxes and governmental charges are borne by the Customer and added to the prices. This shall not however apply to the income tax payable by Leadoo for its income. All payments shall be made without withholding or deduction, unless such withholding or deduction is required by law. If withholding or deduction is required law, the Customer shall pay Leadoo additional amounts so that the prices received by Leadoo after the withholding or deduction are equal to the prices payable under the Contract in the absence of such withholding or deduction.
Prices. 3.1 The products shall be charged in accordance with the quotations and price lists in force at the time of conclusion of the agreement. The prices are ex-works prices and the invoicing currency is euro. Delivery and packaging costs, customs and import duties and the legal value added tax in force at the time of delivery are not included in the price. The prices are based on the exchange rate of the day when the quotation was given, unless otherwise agreed.
