Common use of CANCELLATION/NON ARRIVALS Clause in Contracts

CANCELLATION/NON ARRIVALS. Any cancellation should be notified to us in writing at the earliest opportunity. No refund will be given on any monies paid. Please refer to paragraph 9 for further advice if you have subscribed to our cancellation insurance cover plan. If you do not arrive within 24 hours of your planned arrival date and fail to notify us of this delay, we do reserve the right to cancel your reservation. Any monies already paid will be forfeited.
