Common use of Fees Clause in Contracts

Fees. 4.1 Commitment Fee. The Borrower will pay a non-refundable commitment fee of 0.25% per annum ("Commitment Fee") on undisbursed Loan amounts. The Commitment Fee is due for payment semi-annually in arrears on 15 May and 15 November of each year, for the first time on 15 November 2020, but no earlier than on the respective date following the day on which this Loan Agreement enters into force and effect pursuant to Article 15.10 (Entry into force and effect) hereof. The Commitment Fee will be charged if applicable with retroactive effect for the period beginning twelve months after the signing of this Loan Agreement and lasting until the date of disbursement of the Loan in full or, if applicable, until the date of definitive termination of disbursements from the Loan.
