Purpose, Location. The project will train 50.000 primary and general secondary school teachers to use digital content as integral part of their daily teaching activities. It also provides teachers basic digital skills to maintain their equipment as well as includes establishment of a mentoring scheme that will further support the teachers to strengthen their digital skills after receiving the initial training. Moreover, as a result of the project, the majority of the school estates across the country will have WLAN and appropriate connectivity in place.
Purpose, Location. The project concerns the financing of an investment programme designated as priority investments by the Ministry of Justice (see attached list in Annex A.1.1). Purpose, Location. The Project covers a multi-year rehabilitation programme of several trunk road sections throughout Serbia, with a great emphasis on the incorporation of road safety measures, as recommended by road safety audits.
Purpose, Location. This Project aims at supporting the Government of the Republic of Serbia in achieving one of the specific goals3 from the Education Development Strategy by 2030, which targets the improvement of infrastructure of educational institutions. Although investments to upgrade education infrastructure for all levels of pre- university education will be eligible under this framework loan, the promoter has expressed its willingness to use these funds in the modernisation of regional training centres, offering vocational upper secondary and adult education aligned with the labour market needs. It is the continuation of the 2009-0284 SCHOOL MODERNISATION PROGRAMME. The schemes under the project will be located across the entire Republic of Serbia. Some of the locations preliminarily identified during appraisal are Vlasotince, Nis, Pozega, Pancevo, Banja, Zajecar, Kula, Novi Sad, Belgrade, Vrsac, Vanje, Subotica and Pirot. However, this list is subject to change, as the exact location of the investments will only be known at allocation stage. The project consists of new construction, renovation or reconstruction (including energy efficiency measures) and equipping of education facilities in Serbia. The preliminary list of schemes concerns mainly regional centers, offering vocational training and adult education aligned with the labor market needs. However, given that the proposed operation is a framework loan, the final scope will only be known at allocation stage and, therefore, the project could also include investments in pre- primary, primary and secondary general education. The Project is fully aligned with Serbia’s Economic Reform Programme (2021-2023) and the Strategy for Education Development in the Republic of Serbia by 2030. The eligible project investment cost (PIC) includes (non-exhaustively): studies and engineering design, civil works, mechanical, electrical and sanitary installations, equipment (ICT, vocational specialist and general equipment), technical and financial contingencies. Additionally, the PIC may also include purchase of licences for the use of non-generated public resources (e.g. telecom licences), patents, brands and trademarks; The following costs are not eligible for the Bank: recoverable VAT and other taxes and duties, maintenance, repairs and other operating costs. Purely financial transactions are also not eligible. The Bank does not finance works under "routine maintenance" or repairs unless differently specified under section A.1.4...
Purpose, Location. The Project consists of the rehabilitation and upgrade of five schemes of Montenegro’s main road network. The Project aims are to: 1) upgrade selected road sections to provide adequate capacity to relieve congestion and increase level of service; and 2) restore aging pavements to a condition with greater bearing capacity that can be maintained by normal routine maintenance operations. The schemes are located throughout Montenegro. Purpose, Location. The Project consists of the Serbian section of the Interconnector Bulgaria- Serbia (IBS), which is planned to connect the natural gas transmission systems of Serbia and Bulgaria. The Project includes a bi-directional underground natural gas transmission pipeline with an approximate length of 109 km and the related aboveground infrastructure. The projected capacity of the new pipeline is 1.8 bcm annually (“bcm/a”) towards Serbia and 0.15 bcm annually in the direction of Bulgaria. The starting point of Serbian section of the gas pipeline is at the border of the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Bulgaria, at about 1000 m North East of the border crossing Gradina, in the municipality of Dimitrovgrad. The end point is the connection to the main gas pipeline MG 09 in the complex of the scraper trap station “Niš”, west of the settlement Čamurlija on the territory of the city of Niš. The pipeline route is located outside populated areas on the territory of the city of Niš and the city of Pirot and the municipalities of Bela Palanka and Dimitrovgrad.

Ugovaranjem nadležnosti Arbitražnog xxxx XXXX ne uskraćuju se prava Putnika da pokrene određeni postupak ili da upotrebi određeno pravno sredstvo za zaštitu svojih prava, na način predviđen propisima R.Srbije. Putnik može pokrenuti postupak radi vansudskog rešavanja potrošačkog spora pred nadležnim telom samo ako je prethodno izjavio reklamaciju ili prigovor Organizatoru koji je obavezan da učestvuje u postupku vansudskog rešavanja potrošačkih sporova pred telom.   • OBJAŠNjENjE OSNOVNIH PRAVNIH INSTITUTA I POJEDINAČNIH REŠENjA Odredbom člana 1. Predloga zakona predviđa se potvrđivanje Sporazuma o zajmu (Prvi programski zajam za razvojne politike u oblasti javnih rashoda i javnih preduzeća) između Republike Srbije i Međunarodne banke za obnovu i razvoj, koji je potpisan 20. januara 2017. godine u Beogradu, Republika Srbija (u daljem tekstu: Sporazum o zajmu). Odredba člana 2. Predloga zakona sadrži tekst Sporazuma o zajmu u originalu na engleskom jeziku i u prevodu na srpski jezik. Odredbom člana 3. Predloga zakona uređuje se stupanje na snagu ovog zakona.

  • CENE I SADRŽAJ USLUGA Organizator prodaje turističko putovanje po prodajnoj ceni koja se iskazuje u jedinstvenom iznosu. Prodajna cena može biti iskazane u dinarima i u stranoj valuti. Kada su cene iskazane u stranoj valuti, a obračun uplata se vrši u dinarima primenjuje se zvanični srednji kurs dinara na xxx uplate. Cene su formirane na osnovu poslovne politike Organizatora i ne mogu biti predmet prigovora Putnika. Usluge izvršene u inostranstvu (koje nisu unapred ugovorene i plaćene) Putnik plaća na licu xxxxx neposrednom izvršiocu usluge. Prodajna cena iz Ugovora sadrži sve one troškove koji čine neodvojiv deo neophodan za realizaciju turističkog putovanja i uključuje, unapred pripremljenu i objavljenu kombinaciju najmanje dve ili više usluga prosečnog kvaliteta, uobičajenog za datu destinaciju i objekte, i to: smeštaja, ishrane, prevoza, transferi, redovne usluge predstavnika na destinaciji, pripreme i organizacije putovanja, i xxxx xx iskazana u jedinstvenom iznosu xxxx Xxxxxx plaća (dalje: Standardne usluge). Cena aranžmana ne uključuje, ako nešto drugo nije posebno ugovoreno (dalje: Poseban ugovor), troškove: lokalnog turističkog vodiča, posebne usluge predstavnika organizatora, turističkog animatora, fakultativnih programa, korišćenja ležaljki i suncobrana, pribavljanja viza, ulaznica u objekte i na manifestacije, osiguranja putnika i prtljaga, usluga room service, korišćenja sobnog bara, xxxxx uređaja, rekreativnih, lekarskih, telefonskih i dr. usluga, rezervaciju posebnog sedišta u prevoznom sredstvu, troškove smeštaja u jednokrevetnoj sobi, sobe sa posebnim karakteristikama (pogled, sprat, veličina, balkon, itd), dodatni obroci i dr. (dalje: Posebne usluge). Posrednik nije ovlašćen da u ime Organizatora ugovara posebne usluge koje nisu predviđene Programom. Uslovi koji se odnose na ostvarivanje popusta za decu kao i na ostale pogodnosti koje su posebno date u Programu određeni su od neposrednih pružalaca usluga i iste treba tumačiti restriktivno (npr. za decu do dve godine starosti, relevantan je kalendarski datum, kada dete navršava dve godine u odnosu na xxx početka putovanja, a ne datum zaključenja ugovora). U slučaju pogrešno navedene starosti Putnika, Organizator ima pravo, da naplati razliku do pune cene putovanja. U cenu nisu uključeni i Organizator ne može biti odgovoran Putniku, za fakultativne i naknadno izvršene usluge, koje izvrši i naplati ino-partner, odnosno, neposredni pružalac usluga, a nisu bile predviđene Programom ili Posebnim ugovorom, kao i za učešće Putnika na sportskim i drugim slobodnim aktivnostima. Ako u naznačenom roku, Putnik pisanim putem ne obavesti Organzatora da odustaje od Ugovora, smatra se da je saglasan xx xxxxx cenom, a što može biti i kroz izvršenu uplatu.

  • PROMENA I OTKAZ UGOVORA XX XXXXXX ORGANIZATORA 11.1. Pre početka putovanja: Organizator može vršiti izmenu Programa putovanja samo ako su izmene prouzrokovane vanrednim okolnostima koje Organizator putovanja nije mogao predvideti, izbeći ili otkloniti. Troškove koji xx xxxxxxx usled izmene Programa snosi Organizator, a smanjenje troškova ide u korist Putnika. Zamena ugovorenog smeštaja može se vršiti samo upotrebom objekta iste kategorije, ili na teret Organizatora, upotrebom objekta više kategorije i u ugovorenom mestu smeštaja. Ako su u Programu putovanja izvršene bitne izmene bez opravdanih razloga, Organizator putovanja xxxx u celosti vratiti ono što je primio od Putnika, koji je zbog toga odustao od putovanja. (čl.879 ZOO). Organizator ima pravo raskinuti Ugovor u slučaju: - Nedovoljnog broja prijavljenih putnika, obavezno naznačen u Programu putovanja, pod uslovom da je Putnika o tome obavestio u roku iz Programa putovanja pre početka turističkog putovanja i - Zbog nemogućnosti ispunjenja ugovornih obaveza za koji nisu odgovorne ugovorne strane, a koje bi da su postojale u vreme objavljivanja Programa, bile opravdan razlog Organizatoru da Program ne objavljuje i Ugovor ne zaključuje, uz obavezu da Putniku izvrši povraćaj uplaćenih sredstava najkasnije u roku od 15 xxxx od xxxx otkaza. U slučaju prihvatanja novog Ugovora, Putnik se odriče bilo kakvih potraživanja prema Organizatoru, po osnovu prvobitno zaključenog Ugovora.
