Common use of REPAYMENT Clause in Contracts

REPAYMENT. Following expiry of the Grace Period, the Borrower shall repay the Lender the principal amount of the Facility in twelve (12) equal semi- annual instalments, due and payable on each Payment Date. The first instalment shall be due and payable on June 15th, 2029 and the last instalment shall be due and payable on December 15th, 2034. At the end of the Drawdown Period, the Lender shall deliver to the Borrower an amortisation schedule in respect of the Facility taking into account, if applicable, any potential cancellation of the Facility pursuant to Clauses 8.3 (Cancellation by the Borrower) and/or 8.4 (Cancellation by the Lender).
