Common use of Admissibility of Records Clause in Contracts

Admissibility of Records. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, you agree that all such records are admissible in evidence and will not dispute the accuracy or the authenticity of the contents of such records merely on the basis that such records were produced by a computer system.

Admissibility of Records. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, you agree that all such records referred to in this Clause 14 are admissible as evidence in evidence any action, claim or proceeding and you will not dispute the accuracy admissibility, relevance, accuracy, integrity or the authenticity of the contents of such records merely or the contents there of, including without limitation any dispute as to such matters on the basis that such records were produced by a computer system.
