Continuing Effect. The termination of your access to and use of the EB Services will not affect any provision of these EB Services Terms and Conditions which is capable of being performed and/or which survive, operate or continue to have effect after such termination. Termination will not prejudice any right of action already accrued to a party in respect of any breach of these EB Services Terms and Conditions by the other party.
