Common use of Duty to Update Clause in Contracts

Duty to Update. You must promptly inform us in writing of any change in your mailing address, fax number and/or email address for communication or any of your relevant particulars available in our records (including signature, authorised signatory and/or mandate) and send us all supporting documents we require. We will need a reasonable time period, not being less than 7 business days from receipt, to act and effect the change in our records, after which, we may rely on the change.
