If mutual fund invests in Securities denominated other than United States Dollar, the difference/change in exchange rate of currencies other than United States Dollar to United States Dollar arising from transaction of foreign securities in mutual fund portfolio can affect the Net Asset Value (NAV) of mutual fund.
