SCOPE. This section of the specification describes and specifies requirements for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, handing over in approved working order and maintenance thereof during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) of the whole lightning protection system (LPS) in accordance with the Specification, Supplementary Notes, Bills of Quantities, Conditions of Contracts, Drawing etc. The lightning protection system shall include air termination system, down conductor system, joints and bonds, testing joints, lightning flash counter, earth termination system, and other accessories incidental to the completion of the whole system as specified in the Drawings and/or Bills of Quantities.
SCOPE. We are willing to provide Uonepay Services which cover essentially the data and information in the Fund Transfer Order sent by the User. And we will carry out an authentication process to determine acceptance or rejection of orders from users. The aim of the collaboration based on these Terms and Conditions is intended to make it easier for Users to carry out Fund Transfer Services via the Uonepay Service easily, safely, quickly and at an affordable cost, making it easier to send money to the Recipient through Us to the Recipient's bank account. The term is valid as long as the User uses the Uonepay Service, unless doing things that may cause us to end cooperation and/or stop the Uonepay Service based on matters as stated in these Terms and Conditions.
