Common use of Disclaimer Clause in Contracts

Disclaimer. Neither Party may waive in an implicit manner its rights arising from the Contract. To be enforceable by the other Party, the waiver must be made in writing and it must be limited to the specific right expressed and only for a limited period of time, and said waiver shall not automatically extend to subsequent rights, whether or not those rights are similar or associated.
