Internal Investigation. Pursuant to Art. 7, paragraph 6 of Italian Legislative Decree No 165/2001, before awarding an assignment of an autonomous nature to personnel from outside the University, the University is obliged to ascertain the impossibility of having the same activities performed by its own personnel in service. Via the internal call for expressions of interest No 14 Prot. No 0176790 dated 0176790 and posted internally on the University Intranet on the same date, it was ascertained that it was not possible to award the assignment to the University's employees. Any internal personnel of the University who meet the requirements of Article 2 and who participate in the call for applications will be assessed together with the external applicants. Applications from internal applicants must be received in the same way as for external applicants except as indicated below: ● The application of internal applicants must, under penalty of exclusion, be accompanied by the clearance of the head of the department where the applicant works. ● The clearance must expressly state: ❍ that the head of the department approves the participation of their employee in the selection; ❍ that the head of the department is aware that, should their collaborator be judged suitable, the latter would be assigned to the activities that are the subject of the selection for the entire duration of the assignment while being only temporarily assigned to the department; ❍ that the employee shall not be replaced by other personnel. If the services referred to in this notice are awarded to an employee of the University: ● the employee shall be assigned to the department that tendered this assignment for the period envisaged for the performance of the services; ● the services envisaged shall be performed during working hours and within the framework of the employment relationship with the University. ● there shall be no additional remuneration over and above the ordinary one.
