JOINT AND SEVERAL LIABILITY. Xxxxxx signing this contract on behalf of another person/society shall be jointly and severally liable with that person/society for the obligations towards the Lessor. The Renter responds, in any case, the actions and omissions of any person who drives the vehicle.
