Common use of Knock-in Event and Knock-out Event Clause in Contracts

Knock-in Event and Knock-out Event. (A) If "Knock-in Event" is specified as applicable in the Final Terms, then, unless otherwise specified in such Final Terms, payment under the relevant Warrants which is expressed in the applicable Final Terms to be subject to a Knock-in Event, shall be conditional upon the occurrence of such Knock-in Event.

Knock-in Event and Knock-out Event. (A) If "Knock-in Event" is specified as applicable in the applicable Final Terms, then, unless otherwise specified in such Final Terms, payment under the relevant Warrants which is expressed in the applicable Final Terms to be subject to a Knock-in Event, shall be conditional upon the occurrence of such Knock-in Event.
