Minimum Trading Amount. Investors should note that the Securities may have a minimum trading amount. In such cases, if, following the transfer of any Securities, a Holder holds fewer Securities than the specified minimum trading amount, such Holder will not be permitted to transfer their remaining Securities prior to expiration or redemption, as applicable, without first purchasing enough additional Securities in order to hold the minimum trading amount.
