PRICES - PAYMENTS. 8.1 - Prices, expressed in Euro, should be understood as Ex Works and, unless otherwise specified in the offer or order confirmation, do not include: packaging costs, taxes, duties, and any other additional charges. Likewise, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the following are not included in the price: any design and installation of the supplied Products, tests, manuals and training courses, start-up assistance, and all services and charges not mentioned in the offer or order confirmation.
PRICES - PAYMENTS. The prices of the products refer to the price list in force at the time of acceptance of the offer of sale by the Buyer or to the issuance of the order confirmation by ANDCOSTA Srl.
PRICES - PAYMENTS. 7.1 The prices of the products shall be those indicated, from time to time, in the Seller’s price list, known by the Buyer. Seller reserves the right to periodically vary the prices of the products. The variations shall be effective for the Buyer after 60 days from the Seller’s written no- tice transmission.
