Survival. The terms, provisions, obligations, and conditions contained in this Letter Agreement which by their terms require performance after the expiration or termination of this Letter Agreement, including, without limitation, publication, confidentiality, and insurance, shall remain in full force notwithstanding such expiration or other termination of this Letter Agreement for any other reason whatsoever.
Survival. Sections 2-4, 10, 11.4, 12-15 shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement
Survival. Patients who discontinued therapy due to progression of disease should be evaluated for “survival” every 3 months in order to define if the patient is alive and the subsequent therapies.
