Definizione di Determination Date

Determination Date means 31 December in each year;
Determination Date means each date so specified in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is so specified, each Interest Payment Date and/or Premium Payment Date; and "Determination Period" means the period from and including a Determination Date in any year to but excluding the next Determination Date.
