Maturity Date means 25 April 2018, subject to postponement in accordance with § 5 paragraph 2. "Payment Business Day" means a day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer System (TARGET) and the Clearing System settle payments in EUR.
