No termination shall release you from liability for any breach of this Licence Agreement. We provide the software "as is," and you use the software at your own risk. We make no warranties as to performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. No oral or written communication from or information provided by Us shall create a warranty. Furthermore we do not warrant that defects in the software will be corrected.

We reserve the right to terminate without notice your use of the Services if we have any reason to believe you may be using the Services either fraudulently or in bad faith.TechSee only provides the Services to assist the Company in giving remote visual assistance to the End Users. The Companies that use the Services are independent third parties, and TechSee shall have no responsibility for the actions of any Company, the goods, services, advice, data and information provided by any Company, or the content of any internet website of any Company. If you have any complaints regarding any of the foregoing, please be in touch directly with the applicable Company.
Restrictions. Except as otherwise set forth in this EULA or the Agreement: o You must maintain all proprietary notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE. o You may not distribute copies of the SOFTWARE to third parties other than Affiliates. o You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the SOFTWARE. o You may not copy (other than as provided above), distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, transfer or grant any rights in or to all or any portion of the SOFTWARE. o You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the SOFTWARE. o You may not modify or prepare derivative works of the SOFTWARE. o You may not use the SOFTWARE in a computer-based service business or publicly display visual output of the SOFTWARE. o You may not transmit the SOFTWARE over a network, by telephone, or electronically by any means. o You must comply with all notices, restrictions and terms and conditions of any third-party software or open source code libraries or tools included in the SOFTWARE.
Restrictions. With respect to the usage of this SOFTWARE, you may not:
(1) Use this SOFTWARE in any resource other than a resource actually developed by you, or in whole or in part of third party’s resource that you authorized development, improvement, modification or bug fix by licenser who has lawful power and authority of that without the prior written approval of FST.
(2) Disclose any output results of this SOFTWARE to any third person without the prior written approval of FST.
(3) Boot this SOFTWARE through a network where this SOFTWARE has been obtained with a NODELOCK LICENSE.
(4) Install and/or use this SOFTWARE on the virtual machines where this SOFTWARE has been obtained with a NODELOCK LICENSE.
(5) Install and/or use the "LICENSE SERVER SYSTEM" of this SOFTWARE on the virtual machine in which same MAC addresses are existed, where this SOFTWARE has been obtained with a FLOATING LICENSE.
(6) Rent or grant this SOFTWARE to any third party for the purpose of commercial use.
Restrictions. You shall not, and shall not allow any other party to:
(a) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise provide or make available to any other party the Uber Services, Provider App or any Company Device in any way;
(b) modify or make derivative works based upon the Uber Services or Provider App;
(c) improperly use the Uber Services or Provider App, including creating Internet “links” to any part of the Uber Services or Provider App, “framing” or “mirroring” any part of the Uber Services or Provider App on any other websites or systems, or “scraping” or otherwise improperly obtaining data from the Uber Services or Provider App; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disassemble the Uber Services or Provider App, except as allowed under applicable law; or
